Dale Roseman, Owner
Hello, and welcome! My name is Dale and I am the proud owner of USA Auto Movers. My family started this company 35 years ago in a small location in Boston, and I began working for them while I was in college. I learned the business from the ground up, starting with observing my parents and their work. This proved to be an unbeatable way to learn how to make customers happy.
Our priority has always been customer service, and this focus, along with my degree in Business Administration and Management, and a passion for problem-solving, convinced me to take over the family business. I am incredibly proud of the growth that my fantastic team and I have achieved since then. Speaking of the team, we are proud to be a 100% women-owned and operated company. Despite operating in a predominantly male-oriented landscape, we have found it to be a great advantage in sales, repeat business, referrals, and solid growth. Women just get things done!
Cindy Montello
Cindy is our longest-serving team member. With extensive industry experience, she’s a vehicle transportation wizard and the heart of accounting and customer service. Her Zen-like demeanor and soothing voice make her popular with our customers, and with her unflappability and optimism, we consider her a secret weapon. When she’s not making auto-shipping magic, she’s all about “Foxwoods and family…the most fun you can have!”
Debi Fields
The “Patron Saint of Snowbirds,” Debi orchestrates all of our snowbird vehicle transactions. With unparalleled organizational skills and attention to detail, Debi’s the reason that all orders are processed to a “T”, and no customer or car ever gets overlooked. Should you ever visit our office, you’ll recognize her as our resident fashionista, but she’s equally passionate about music and fun in the sun.
Suzan Crosby
Suzan recently celebrated her 3-year anniversary with USA Auto Movers. One word to describe Suzan? She’s a DOER. She’s the “go-to” person to get the job done. She handles all of our nationwide vehicle logistics and is our resident tech guru! She’s a lifesaver when it comes to anything on the computer. FUN FACT? Suzan is also an amazing hairdresser! She fits that in when she’s not taking care of her hubby, three boys, and one fur baby.
